Lead Field Scientist Required- Madagascar

ReefDoctor is looking for a lead field scientist to organise other field scientists and collect, document, help analyse field data regarding its new community lead sea cucumber aquaculture project in the Bay of Ranobe SW Madagascar.
Ideally candidate should have a Master degree in marine biology or related field, have experience with aquaculture projects in tropical environments, ability to speak French to a moderate level, team leadership experience.
The position is a 3 year contract with 4 weeks paid holiday per year. Salary £100 per month includes all project and living costs plus dive training up to PADI rescue diver. Reimbursements of 1st years flight at end of first year contract. Flight purchased by the company for each following year allowing candidate to return home for holidays.
Ideally looking for the chosen candidate to be out in Madagascar by mid April 2014.
